Our facilities are modern and versatile. We have a 17-meter long automatic blasting booth, where products up to 20 tons are treated in suspension. Whenever we see opportunities to automate, we take them.

Pre-treatment

Automatic Blasting Tunnel (AGTOS)
For optimal preparation:

  • 16 frequency-controlled wheelblasting units to achieve optimal impact for each type of component
  • Special steel grit alloy for consistent results
  • Automatic cleaning and filtration of worn grit
  • No processing of heavily contaminated parts (oil, paint, coatings) to prevent contamination
  • Thoroughly blowing off with dried air and Silvent nozzles – powerful, low noise, and energy-efficient.
     

Manual Blasting Booths
For precision work and complex shapes:

  • Blasting with stainless steel for the highest quality
  • Ideal for hard-to-reach corners and custom work.

Powder Coating

Powder Coating Booth
Our booth is designed to deliver top quality:

  • Gema powder guns for even and reliable layer build-up
  • Donaldson filtration for a dust-free, safe working environment
  • STS fire protection for maximum safety during coating.

This combination of technology and craftsmanship ensures a durable, flawlessly finished coating.

Curing

Infrared Curing Ovens
We use an indirectly heated infrared oven with long infrared waves:

  • Even and efficient heat transfer with four high-quality Fives burners
  • Ideal for large masses and varying material thicknesses
  • Lower energy consumption and more consistent quality
  • Capacity for up to 10 beams, 8500 mm long, with components up to 650 mm wide.

This results in a colour-fast and reliable finish. In short: curing at the highest level.

Analysis

Standard Measurements
Delivering quality is not by chance – it's a process that we continuously measure, monitor, and improve:

  • Surface roughness measurement after blasting
  • Coating thickness measurements before curing
  • Real-time measurements during the curing process
  • Final coating thickness check after curing.

Custom Reports
Available upon request, per process step or as a complete overview:

  • Tracking of specific components according to your quality standards.
